J. W. notes that he has left NN de Greystoke as a daughter of Ralph & Margery de Bolbec--she may have been born earlier than c1295/1300):ioned in charter of 1308; during his minority, father-in-law 'Robertus Tyliol' was lord of Swine {of the dower of his wife} [Kirkby's Inquest, p. 305- 'Nomina Villarum' for Yorkshire, 9 Edw. II (1316)]; 'lord of Winestead, Yorks.' 5 Mar 1315/6 [Knights II:230, cites 'P.W.']; received grant of lands in Swine from Stephen de Bilton, 1319; received grant from half-brother Peter de Tiliol of 'his right to a toft and croft in Swine, which were once belong to R. Squer, and which his mother, Matilda, held for life......dated at Swine, 20 May 1321're 7 Aug.; any part in the robbery of the cardinal legates being excepted; and on 20 Aug. 1321, he was pard., as a follower of Hugh D'Audley the s., for any crimes commd in opposing the Despensers. Meanwhile, on 1 Aug. 1319, he had been given prot. for one year. Yorks., Parliament of 13 Oct 1339295-1305, and IPM evidence[1] shows she could not have been the daughter of Margery de Bolebec - CP V:514-516. She is therefore shown based on this as a daughter of Robert, son of Ralph]
